
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Techfinity Hubs Training Program - Cancellation and Refunds Policy for Training
At Techfinity Hubs, we strive to provide high-quality training programs to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require participants to cancel their registration. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

1. Cancellation Policy:
Participants may request to cancel their registration for a training program by contacting our customer support team via contact@techfinityhubs.com at least days before the scheduled start date of the training.

2. Refund Policy:
Full Refund: If a cancellation request is received within the stipulated timeframe, the participant will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
Partial Refund: Cancellation requests received after the specified timeframe may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to review and approval by Techfinity Hubs. The amount refunded will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 14 days or less after the scheduled start date of the training program.
In the event of a participant's absence or withdrawal from the program once it has commenced, no refunds will be provided.

4. Transfer of Registration:
Participants unable to attend the scheduled training program may transfer their registration to another individual within the same organization at no additional cost. The request for a transfer must be submitted in writing to [Your Company Email] at least [number of days] days before the training start date.

5. Cancellation by Techfinity Hubs:
Techfinity Hubs reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued.

6. How to Request a Cancellation:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@techfinityhubs.com with the subject line "Training Program Cancellation Request."

7. Refund Processing Time:
