Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Process: a. Online Platform: Bookings are to be made through our official website platform. b. User Account: Users may be required to create an account for booking purposes, ensuring accurate communication and reservation tracking. 2. Reservation Confirmation: a. Automated Confirmation: Clients will receive an automated confirmation email upon completing a booking. b. Booking Details: The confirmation email will include details such as booking dates, location or service type, and any other relevant information. 3. Payment Terms: a. Payment Gateway: Payments are to be made securely through our integrated payment gateway. b. Full Payment: Some or all of the payment may be required upfront, depending on the nature of the booking. c. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service. 4. Changes and Modifications: a. Modification Process: Users can request modifications to their reservations through the website, subject to availability and any associated fees. b. Room/Service Preferences: Users may have the option to specify preferences, such as room type or additional services, during the booking process. 5. Booking duration: This booking is scheduled for 1 hour only if we have to go above 1 hour, you will be charged an extra fee of $15 per minute. 6. Privacy and Data Security: a. Data Collection: Our client's data collected, is stored, and protected in compliance with privacy laws. b. Payment Information: Our payment method are secure and are in compliance with PCI DSS standards. our clients payment information are very secured. 7. Website Usage: a. Acceptable Use: The website is to be used to better book and register for services. we strongly prohibit fraudulent activities or misuse of the website. If this occurs the perpetrators will face legal actions. b. Account Security: Clients are encouraged to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and notify the website of any suspicious activity. 8. Technical Issues: a. Responsibility: In case of technical issues such as internet connection outage, clients, will be informed of such issues as well as the steps taken to resolve them. 9. Communication: a.
