By registering for Techfinity Hubs training program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for the training.

3.1 Payment: A registration fee of $1000 must be paid in full before the commencement of the training.

3.2 Refunds: Refunds are subject to the refund policy outlined on our website. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to contact@techfinityhubs.com within 14 days after registration.

4. Attendance and Participation:

4.1 Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and complete assigned coursework.

4.2 Participation: Active participation is encouraged and may be a requirement for certification.

5.1 Materials: All training materials, including but not limited to presentations, documents, and software, are the intellectual property of Techfinity Hubs and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

5.2 Certificates: Certificates of completion or participation are awarded based on successful completion of the training program requirements.

6.1 Professionalism: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and to treat instructors and fellow participants with respect.

6.2 Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the training program.

7. Termination:

7.1 Violation: Techfinity Hubs reserves the right to terminate the registration of any participant who violates these terms and conditions.

7.2 Disruption: Disruptive behavior, as determined by Techfinity Hubs, may result in immediate termination without refund.

Techfinity Hubs reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Texas\USA, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.

10.1 Techfinity Hubs is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the training program.

10.2 Participants are advised to obtain their own insurance coverage, if necessary.
